Prime Condos is a 9 min walk from Ryerson University and is located at 319 Jarvis St., near Jarvis and Gerrard. The majority of Prime Condos will be smaller suites with a focus on bachelors, one bedrooms and one bedrooms + dens over larger suites. With Ryerson University expanding and bringing in 7,000 new students each year, and rents in the East Core going up 20% between 2017 and 2018, Prime condos is well suites to capture the increasing demand for student rentals in the area. Prime Condos will also have 5,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor fitness area, as well as 5,000 sq. ft. of study and work space for students and young professionals.
